Richard is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in Sport, Marketing and property.

Richard is a registered FA Intermediary and RFU agent. He manages the careers of various international athletes and has worked on professional contracts with numerous Premiership Football & Rugby clubs, as well as commercial contracts with the world’s biggest sporting brands.

He is a Director of marketing agency Ubiquity Group, working with brands and organisations throughout the UK and Europe.

As an property investment advisor, he also works with high profile sports people all over the world and currently serves as a director of property search and acquisition agency Arena Search.

As the CEO and Shareholder of The Ubiquity Group, Chad’s experience spans over 22 years at the forefront of marketing. In 2005 he founded a media planning and buying agency called Morvah which through a series of 4 acquisitions and 14 years of organic growth is now fully integrated marketing agency called Ubiquity with offices in Cardiff and Liverpool.

His early years were spent gaining experience working for Viacom and CBS and in doing so worked with several national and international clients and in partnership with some of the largest agencies and specialists in the UK.

Chad was an instrumental part of the team that successfully won the license to bring the Under Armour sports brand to the UK in 2010.

Ubiquity’s client list has been naturally shaped by Chad’s passion in the Food, Sports and Travel sector (as an ex professional sportsman) working with clients such as UA, Skins, Peak Performance, Swansea City, Liverpool FC, Gaucho Restaurant group and Business Wales.. His days are filled now working across all sectors helping to shape strategic plans for clients in an ever-changing marketplace as well as guiding the business with Chairman Ian Ayre.

Mike has over 20 years experience in the Sports industry, dealing with key decision makers and stakeholders at the highest level of UK Sport. Having worked at Under Armour for 17 years, he personally managed and had responsibility for all UA Athletes and Licensed Teams in the UK & Ireland, overseeing Team Partnerships and the servicing and activation of Assets.

A former Scotland Rugby international, Mike played for Northampton Saints and the Border Reivers. His professionalism and vast contacts in Football, Rugby and Golf are key attributes along with his experience in contract negotiation, sponsorship and partnership agreements.

Peter was a professional rugby player at London Wasps from 1992 – 2003 until he was forced into retirement with a career ending injury.

During his career he won two Tetley Bitter Cups, three Premiership titles and one Heineken Cup. He also represented England at U18’s, U21’s, A and Sevens as well as the Barbarians. Peter joined Tickets.com, a subsidiary of Major League Baseball Advanced Media in 2004 as Sales Manager for Sport and progressed to Head of Sales during the 18 months he was there. In 2006 he joined London Wasps as Commercial Director and enjoyed four seasons with rugby’s most successful club. He now serves as the Marketing Director of Alpha Klas.

Peter is also the founder of the Wasps Legends charitable foundation which support charities all over the world. He hosts the annual La Manga Rugby Legends Golf event which raises a substantial amount for various charities.

As an accomplished after dinner speaker, Peter regularly hosts high profile sporting & business events throughout the UK.

Whilst captaining Scotland 26 times and achieving 60 caps, Bryan played in 3 Rugby World Cups (1995, 1999, 2003). He then went on to serve as a Head Coach for Sales Sharks, Gloucester Rugby and Yorkshire Carnegie as well as working in the corporate world and is currently a BT Sport pundit.

Bryan is able to utilise his vast experience and network within Sport to add huge value to INS.

Ian has almost 30 years’ experience in mainstream business. Following a 10-year career in the military, Ian transitioned into the technology industry, selling into some of the world’s leading broadcasters across the Asia Pacific region. Responsible for building relationships across the entire market, Ian became the CEO of Pace Micro Technology (Asia) one of the world’s leading digital television technology company’s and was responsible for building their sales and distribution business in Hong Kong, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Japan, Korea and Australia. Following a UK IPO of Pace, in 1998 Ian along with a lead investor negotiated the acquisition of UK football team Huddersfield Town FC. He became Chairman & CEO and revitalised the commercial and playing side of the business, as well as completing the construction of the club’s new stadium.

In 2007 Ian took up a role at Liverpool Football Club. During his 10 years at the club he was responsible for transforming their commercial revenues, completing the 120-million-pound stadium expansion as well as having full responsibility for the acquisition and sale of players. Ian’s experience in international markets allowed the business to create a first-class digital experience for fans across the world, growing the clubs monthly engagement on digital platforms to in excess of 40 million users over his time at the club.

Stepping down as CEO from Liverpool in 2017, Ian invested in Ubiquity Group, and became Chairman.

He has over 10 years of experience and close relationships with many clubs in Portugal, including Benfica, Sporting Lisbon, Porto and Braga.

With ten years of experience in football as the CEO of DP Football Academy, Danny Purves has dedicated himself to training and developing players to reach higher levels of skill and success. Under his leadership, DP Football Academy has successfully placed 89 players into professional academies, with three players progressing to become professional athletes. Prior to his role as CEO, Danny played football for the army and has honed his expertise working in a Premier League academy and one of the top academies in the world.
