Richard Acosta

Chief Executive Officer

Richard is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in the digital and property industries.

Having built a successful career as a property investment advisor, he works with high profile sports people all over the world and currently serves as a director of property search and acquisition agency Arena Search.

He is also a founder director of established digital agency Made, working with various organisations throughout the UK and Europe.

Richard is a registered FA Intermediary, RFU & RFL agent.

Martin Waldron

Head of Football

Having spent over 20 years as Head of Recruitment at Everton (covering domestic and national regions) he brings a wealth of football knowledge and experience.

He is renowned for his honest and longstanding relationships with players and parents, and was the key decision maker in identifying and signing players with many progressing to first team and international football.

Martin subsequently built the Everton recruitment department into one of the best in Europe.

Peter Scrivener

Head of Player Transition

Peter was a professional rugby player at London Wasps from 1992 – 2003 until he was forced into retirement with a career ending injury.

During his career he won two Tetley Bitter Cups, three Premiership titles and one Heineken Cup. He also represented England at U18’s, U21’s, A and Sevens as well as the Barbarians.

Peter joined Tickets.com, a subsidiary of Major League Baseball Advanced Media in 2004 as Sales Manager for Sport and progressed to Head of Sales during the 18 months he was there.

In 2006 he joined London Wasps as Commercial Director and enjoyed four seasons with rugby’s most successful club. He now serves as the CEO of Klas International.

Carl Hogg

Rugby Union Consultant & Former International Rugby Player

Carl is a former international rugby player, having achieved 5 caps for Scotland.

Formerly Head Coach at Worcester Warriors, he is currently coaching with the Scotland national team and advises INS within Rugby Union.

Phil Greening

Rugby Union Consultant & Former International Rugby Player

Phil is a former Gloucester, Sale Sharks and Wasps player who achieved 24 caps for England.

He is also a former head coach of London Welsh & Scotland 7’s, and now runs the Athlete Factory as well as consulting for USA Rugby and advising INS within Rugby Union.
