Richard is an experienced entrepreneur with a background in the digital and property industries.
Having built a successful career as a property investment advisor, he works with high profile sports people all over the world and currently serves as a director of property search and acquisition agency Arena Search.
He is also a director at marketing agency Ubiquity Group, working with various organisations throughout the UK and Europe.
Richard is a registered FA Intermediary, RFU & RFL agent.
Head of Football
Having spent over 20 years as Head of Recruitment at Everton (covering domestic and national regions) he brings a wealth of football knowledge and experience.
He is renowned for his honest and longstanding relationships with players and parents, and was the key decision maker in identifying and signing players with many progressing to first team and international football.
Martin subsequently built the Everton recruitment department into one of the best in Europe.
Head of American Football
Chris has a background in finance, having spent over 13 years working alongside a portfolio of clients spanning the Business Banking, Commercial & Corporate sectors.
His involvement in American Football in the UK has spanned over a decade, playing both at University and Senior League level including winning a National title in 2006.
Having retired following a knee injury, he remained involved in the game as an Assistant and Positional Coach before relocating to the North West.
Chris is keen to use his strong network of contacts to identify the best European players and establish INS as the first European focused American Football agency.
Peter was a professional rugby player at London Wasps from 1992 – 2003 until he was forced into retirement with a career ending injury.
During his career he won two Tetley Bitter Cups, three Premiership titles and one Heineken Cup. He also represented England at U18’s, U21’s, A and Sevens as well as the Barbarians.
Peter joined Tickets.com, a subsidiary of Major League Baseball Advanced Media in 2004 as Sales Manager for Sport and progressed to Head of Sales during the 18 months he was there.
In 2006 he joined London Wasps as Commercial Director and enjoyed four seasons with rugby’s most successful club. He now serves as the CEO of Klas International.
